This morning, we will leave for Budapest, widely considered one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Upon arrival, you'll be taken to your accommodation for check-in. Alternatively, you can spend the rest of the day exploring everything this magnificent city has to offer at your leisure. Journey through this historic city divided by the world-famous Danube river into two parts: "Buddha", where the old part of the city is situated and "Pest" the heartbeat with the commercial and administrative center with lots of famous sights to explore. They are situated on opposite sides of the river and connected by multiple bridges. You can also take a Danube cruise for beautiful panoramic views of Buda and Pest or try some traditional Hungarian food. The perfect end to an amazing day might be to go out in the evening, taste some local beer and explore the famous nightlife.
This day you will be picked up at your accommodation to enjoy a half-day tour of Budapest where you will discover some of the most famous parts of the city. During the tour, you will be able to explore the Buda castle with many attractions Matthias Church and Fishermen's Bastion offering a wonderful panoramic view of the Pest side. This is followed by a walk across the Chain Bridge, one of the best-known landmarks of Budapest. Today, you will check out from your hotel and we will drive to Prague, often referred to as the golden city for its incredible beauty. On arrival, enjoy some free time to rest up and recover. When you're ready you can start discovering the city and all its delights at your own pace, from cultural, religious to historical sites. You can wander around the charming cobblestone streets of Old Town Prague, taste real Czech beer and try local specialties or rent a bike on your own - the possibilities are endless. Your Prague adventure starts with exploring the Hradcany district, home to the impressive Prague Castle. Within the castle walls, we will admire the numerous Prague's popular tourist sites including magnificent St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace, St. George's Basilica and Golden Lane. Your trip will conclude with round-trip transportation back to Vienna. Today you are free to make your own way around Budapest. Don't miss an absolute highlight of the city which is the St. Stephen's Cathedral colorful mosaic roof made from 230,000 glazed tiles. From one of its towers, you can soak in city views or take a closer look at the colored tiles of the Cathedral’s roof.
All good things must come to an end. Your last day in Vienna allows you to explore a few landmarks on your list that you might have missed. Depending on what time you arrive back, you might have time to squeeze in some souvenir shopping before you travel to the airport. Later on, you will be transferred to the Vienna airport in time to catch your departing flight.
